How much do the prints cost?
In general, the price is determined by the size of a print (cost in $US): 5" x 7.5" ($20); 8" x 12" ($35); 11" x 16.5" ($45); 12x18 ($50); 14" x 21" ($70); 16x24 ($90); 20" x 30" ($140). However, the price stated is an approximation and may vary from print to print, influenced by factors other than production costs. Not all images are available in all sizes. 5x7" prints are only available for select few images. The exact size of the print may be slightly smaller in one dimension so as to preserve the shape of the image as shown on the web site. Prices shown here do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax. Prices for limited edition prints are higher.

What is included in the shipping and handling?
All prints larger than 8.5x11 are wrapped in a kraft archival paper (60 lb) and placed in a heavy cardboard tube. Whenever possible we use USPS Priority mail to ensure delivery in 2-3 business days. However, in some cases that type of shipping may not be available/applicable. In any case, you will not be charged anything extra for shipping outside of s/h charge indicated in your shopping cart when you purchased your item.

Will my print look EXACTLY the same as the photo on your web site?
In short, the answer is NO. Images that are viewed on a computer monitor will never have the exact same colors as the actual print. It is important to remember that every monitor is different, and thus the color created from the graphics card on your computer will almost always look different from color created from ink on the printer. The computer monitor is designed for low resolution display of an image (normally 72 dpi) while most printers are calibrated to high resolution output (200 to 300 dpi and higher). Other differences include color coding (RGB vs CMYK), gamut, phosphor chromaticity, gamma, white point, etc. However, I try to follow the International Color Consortium guidelines for color management and try to present images on the web in a color profile close to that of the printer as much as possible.
